PASSAFIRE’s First Time in Nashville = Success! Thank you!!!

Wow! What a great time it was last night at The End here in Nashville. Big thank you to everyone who came out and helped give PASSAFIRE a warm welcome their first time here. On top of being excellent musicians, Ted, Will, Nick, Mike, Jason, and Chase are all really good dudes also! It is always refreshing to hear great music played by great guys. You can tell it’s all about the music which unfortunately is not the case with a lot of bands these days…Nothing but good vibes last night. Shout out to Case Arnold for starting the night off right with his positive hip-hop vibes: “I’m doing me, you’re doing you, life’s goal is to stay true” Amen brotha!!

As for us, our next show is not until Friday August 3rd at Mercy Lounge (High Watt) when we’ll be playing with some awesome reggae/rock bands: Fortunate Youth and Tatanka

Then we’re waiting to hear the final lineup/schedule but this fall we have the privilege of playing in Nashville’s free concert series Live On The Green which is going to be amazing!!

We will be taking the month of July to both go home and spend time with our families before we hit it hard this fall and also to mix and master the EP so that it can be packaged for release September 1st.  We are almost finished tracking everything but mixing it all is going to be a lot of work. Big thanks to Jordan Reed, Andy Thurston, and Shaun Washburn for their help engineering and producing our EP which will be our first official release. We are very blessed to have a group of not only professionals but friends aiming for the same goal–the best sounding CD we’ve ever made. Thanks for showing us love and we will continue to do the same. (Can’t wait for you all to hear the songs Troy, Jeremyck, and I have been writing! I’m so blessed to make music with these extraordinary musicians!)

Until next time…

Stay tuned! Stay up! Stay strong!
